Job Requirements

High school graduate or GED
minimum 1 year experience in hospital cleaning
ability to perform physical tasks involving bending, stretching, and lifting moderate to heavy loads
strong customer service skills
effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors
ability to work full-time day or evening shifts

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or GED
minimum 1 year of hospital cleaning experience
diploma from a vocational or technical program preferred

Job Duties

Perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, and lifting moderate to heavy loads
maintain cleanliness of the facility by cleaning and restocking restrooms
clean examination rooms thoroughly
pull trash and empty trash cans daily
vacuum and dust break rooms, common areas, and patient rooms
use approved cleaners to sanitize patient rooms
deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and visitors
perform various environmental services duties to keep the hospital neat, orderly, and sanitary
complete any additional duties assigned
