Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related service field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations
- Strong listening, conflict resolution and communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Must clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing for sustained periods, walking long distances, repetitive wrist and hand motions, and lifting housekeeping items

- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile by name while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag, remain well-groomed and smiling
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Stretch beyond traditional role to meet business and guest needs
- Collaborate with team members to create welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public areas, laundry, and deep-cleaning as assigned
