Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience in hospitality or related service field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations
Strong listening, conflict resolution and communication skills
Desire to provide excellent guest service and hospitality
Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
Must clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
Provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor
Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing for sustained periods, walking long distances, repetitive wrist and hand motions, and lifting housekeeping items

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
Ability to work well under stressful and high-pressure situations
Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Desire to serve all guests with exceptional hospitality
Must be at least 18 years old
Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
Support all groups and events at the hotel
Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
Greet guests with a smile by name while cleaning
Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag, remain well-groomed and smiling
Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
Stretch beyond traditional role to meet business and guest needs
Collaborate with team members to create welcoming environment and positive workplace
Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools
Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public areas, laundry, and deep-cleaning as assigned
