Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
reliable and punctual
ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in facility maintenance or janitorial services preferred
basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
ability to lift and carry supplies as needed
strong attention to detail
good communication and teamwork skills
ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

Upkeeping assigned areas including restrooms, offices, work areas, and breakrooms
removing recycled items regularly to maintain cleanliness and support sustainability efforts
replenishing products such as paper towels, soap, and other essential supplies in all assigned areas
conducting outdoor maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and order in exterior workspaces
monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors when supplies need reordering
maintaining compliance with health and safety standards in all maintenance activities
collaborating with team members to ensure all areas meet company standards
