Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon the demands of the hotel
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed by your immediate supervisor
- Must clock in and out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

- Ability to arrive on time, clock in and out correctly, and adhere to break schedules
- Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure proper welcome
- Work collaboratively to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel as needed
- Use relevant technology competently in the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service and approved greeting
- Keep all areas clean, organized, and safe
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Submit timely, accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed at all times
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business needs
- Work collaboratively to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
- Stock and prepare cleaning carts and supplies before shifts
- Attend morning stand-up meetings
- Assist with laundry duties
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned
- Maintain well-organized front and back of house areas
