Job Requirements

  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Proactive in solving problems

Job Duties

  • Exceed cleaning standards by performing routine guest room preps and cleanings while meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas
  • Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to accommodate guest needs and increase revenues
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed and communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
