- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartment homes including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, and washing windows
- empty trash, waste, and other disposable materials and transport to disposal area
- assist care staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces
- report needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- maintain safe and sanitary environment for residents and families
- collaborate with care staff to ensure cleanliness
- support overall community wellness through housekeeping tasks
