Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments
clean and defrost refrigerators as needed
change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities
follow company sanitation and safety procedures
greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
review menus with residents, take orders, and serve meals and desserts
return carts to the kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
bus and clear dishes from tables, reset tables following sanitizing procedures
complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
perform other duties as assigned
