Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2 years experience in a hospital environment
- Physical movements include sitting, reaching, bending, climbing stairs, stooping and stretching
- Able to lift 40 lbs without assistance
- Visual acuity is required
- Possess manual dexterity sufficient to operate cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Routinely cleans patient rooms, north and south nursing units, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash in patient rooms and at the stations
- Watch for hazards and report as necessary
- Collect dirty laundry from all patient areas and distribute the clean linen back to the appropriate areas
- Clean rooms after patient discharges
- Completes other duties as assigned
