Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to move furniture as required
- Compliance with company safety and health policies
- Capable of following detailed cleaning protocols
- Availability to work flexible shifts including part-time and full-time schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or senior living housekeeping preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Commitment to upholding cleanliness and resident comfort
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Move furniture and heavy objects when necessary
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently
- Comply with infection control and safety procedures
