Job Duties
- maintain vacant units in rent ready condition
- ensure cleanliness of office, models, and laundry facilities
- maintain an A+ appearance for all make ready apartments upon completion
- perform miscellaneous duties as required
- work outdoors in very warm or cold temperatures
