Job Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests
- meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- reliable and punctual
- able to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
- willingness to adhere to safety and infection control standards

- knowledge of cleaning and laundry services preferred
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
- maintain cleanliness of entire building and resident equipment while following safety and infection control procedures
- assist with monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of low supply
- maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents
- perform laundry and other hospitality-related tasks
- work collaboratively with team members and independently as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations
