Experience cleaning in private or hospitality-based cleaning environments
ability to understand and operate cleaning equipment
ability to work systematically
ability to read, write and communicate in English
ability to interact positively with others

Job Qualifications

Experience cleaning in private or hospitality-based cleaning environments or equivalent experience and education
ability to understand and operate cleaning equipment
ability to work in a systematic fashion
ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
ability to interact positively with others
demonstrates caring and compassionate attitude

Job Duties

Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors
dusting common areas and apartments
scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens in apartments
cleaning elevators, restrooms and other common areas
following job routines and schedules
project work as assigned
