Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various property areas
- Capacity to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel and lift items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate office and computer equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work in confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas
Job Qualifications

- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the property
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Ability to bend, stoop or kneel
- Dexterity of hands and fingers with ability to grasp tools
- Ability to see to perform inspections and read computer screens
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over phone or computer
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Job Duties
- Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash
- Complete grounds work such as picking up trash, cleaning dumpster areas, trash rooms and chutes, blowing parking areas and sidewalks, removing debris, and power washing
- Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors, power washing, and wiping down doors and handrails
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, departments, and contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance
- Assess property safety and cleanliness standards to ensure compliance and enhance resident well-being
- Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, deliver notices to apartments, and perform interior and exterior painting
- Support maintenance activities as directed by management
