Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to push pull a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around cleaning products
Residency within the service area

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
Able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
Able to work around cleaning products
Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine repetitive tasks daily
Residency within the service area required

Job Duties

Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms bathrooms common areas and offices
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
Interact positively with residents staff and guests providing excellent customer service
Perform all other duties as assigned
