Job Requirements

Must be over 18 years old
must be able to pass drug screening
must pass background and motor vehicle record checks
must have valid driver’s license
must have car insurance
must have a reliable vehicle
must have physical stamina to clean multiple homes daily
must be detail oriented and customer service focused

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
previous cleaning experience is an asset but not mandatory
ability to work independently and as part of a team
excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
ability to pass background, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks
positive attitude and strong work ethic

Clean customer homes the Merry Maids way
provide exceptional customer service
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
follow safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment
manage time effectively to clean multiple homes daily
build and maintain positive client relationships
report any client concerns or issues to management
