Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Dependable and organized
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Respectful and caring attitude towards elderly and disabled individuals
Effective communication skills
Willingness to adhere to safety and health guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and other essentials to maintain availability
Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily
Maintain cleanliness standards by promptly addressing spills, trash removal, and sanitation as needed
Operate cleaning equipment safely and perform routine maintenance
Report any facility repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure personal and resident safety
