Job Duties

Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
dust and clean furnishings, fixtures and ledges in lobbies, offices and hallways
clean and sanitize sinks and bathroom fixtures
clean windows and mirrors in bathrooms, recreational areas, hallways, entrance and exit ways
discard waste and trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner
clean walls by dusting, damp wash, spot cleaning, disinfecting
remove dirt, dust, grease and film from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions
clean floors including sweeping, dust mop, damp mops and scrubbing floor
clean carpets including vacuuming, spot cleaning and extraction
ensure all OSHA guidelines are followed
