Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- physical capacity to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work shift
- availability to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to a positive work atmosphere at all times
