Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well under pace and pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to serve all guests
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in/out on time for every shift
- Clock in/out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge or desire to learn about hospitality and guest service
- Familiarity with teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of relevant technology for the role
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Strong commitment to professional presentation and appearance
- Age 18 or older
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a proper welcome
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls using approved friendly greetings
- Keep all work areas clean and well-organized
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning with a smile and by name if possible
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain professionalism
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Be willing to stretch beyond traditional roles to meet business needs
- Collaborate to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in public spaces and storage areas
- Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines consistently
