Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation and enjoy driving
- Able to work Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm
- Willingness to work in a physically active role
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service or cleaning roles is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical activities involved in cleaning
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs
- Drive to and from designated residential cleaning locations within the Central Houston, Inner Loop, beltway areas, and Pearland
- Perform residential cleaning tasks ranging from weekly maintenance to deep cleaning services
- Uphold company standards through attention to detail and quality control
- Participate in the Pay for Performance Plan by meeting or exceeding cleaning and service goals
- Maintain communication with team members and management to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery
- Report any vehicle or safety concerns promptly
