Job Requirements

  • minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
  • stand for extended periods of time
  • may be required to move furniture
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • willingness to comply with company policies
  • pass background check and drug screening
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas
  • perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety standards
  • report maintenance issues or hazards to management
  • assist with moving furniture as required
  • support the overall comfort and well-being of residents through attentive service
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
