Job Requirements

minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
stand for extended periods of time
may be required to move furniture
ability to work flexible schedules
willingness to comply with company policies
pass background check and drug screening
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
strong attention to detail
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas
perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety standards
report maintenance issues or hazards to management
assist with moving furniture as required
support the overall comfort and well-being of residents through attentive service
adhere to company policies and procedures
