Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
  • Ability to work under flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks involving bending, lifting, and standing
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure enough cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities are available
  • Observes knocking procedures upon entering a guest room
  • Cleans assigned guest rooms and replenishes amenities
  • Completes housekeeping checklist thoroughly
  • Marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection
  • Reports any damages or hazards in guest rooms
  • Secures guest room doors upon exit
  • Keeps corridors and service areas neat and clean
  • Turns in lost and found items and guest room keys
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Follows safety and security procedures
  • Utilizes protective equipment
  • Reports unsafe conditions and incidents to management
  • Maintains neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Assists other housekeeping personnel when needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
