Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing which includes marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must agree to strict prohibition of alcohol consumption during employment
- Must be able to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation

Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and kindly take action for all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to company standards
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Carefully cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers of necessary maintenance requests
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Properly cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Creating genuine relationships with guests and catering to all housekeeping requests in an efficient manner
- Performing additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events including afternoon teas and evening cocktail parties
