Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

- previous cleaning or maintenance experience is an asset

Job Duties
- Perform basic cleaning of apartments
- clean public restrooms and common areas
- interact with residents in a friendly manner providing meaningful attention
- handle hazardous cleaning supplies according to proper procedures
- ensure accurate labeling of cleaning materials
- work in a safe manner and report unsafe actions to the Executive Director
- foster teamwork and show initiative in overcoming obstacles
- assist others beyond job responsibilities
- have a positive impact on co-workers residents and visitors
