Job Requirements
- Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Able to successfully complete CHRI, CORI, and SORI background checks
- Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 100+ pounds
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to operate complex mobile machinery safely
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned areas
- Use cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect kitchen and dining areas
- Wipe and dust surfaces including windows, mirrors, and partitions
- Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes
- Mop and clean hard surface flooring
- Use mechanical cleaning machines such as floor cleaners, steam cleaners, and carpet cleaners
- Pick up and empty trash containers
- Aid and participate in setup and breakdown of special events
- Notify maintenance if equipment is malfunctioning
- Assist Facilities and Operations during snow removal
- Perform other related duties as assigned
