Job Requirements

Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Own a working vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
Physically able to perform job duties including lifting and bending
Comfortable learning and following processes
Enjoy working in a high-energy environment
Able to use a smartphone and company apps
Willingness to work in a team-oriented culture

Job Qualifications

Experience in recruitment or human resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

Attract and recruit qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and screen applicants
Coordinate with management to fulfill staffing needs
Maintain accurate recruitment records
Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment policies
Support employee onboarding and training processes
Participate in team meetings and company events
