Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Can-do attitude must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow guidelines must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Handle pace and pressure must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Listening, conflict resolution must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns of co-workers and guests
- Communication skills must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Hospitality and guest service must have a desire to serve all guests
- Age requirement must be 18 years of age or older
- Schedule and travel must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clock-in/out must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at scheduled shift ending time
- Breaks must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Call outs must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift.

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to personalize interactions
- Work collaboratively to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support hotel groups and events
- Use relevant technology effectively for your role
- Answer all incoming calls using approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces and public areas spotless and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces
- Clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and managing linens
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors
- Adhere to all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Complete shift handover reports for effective communication
- Wear clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and willingness to assist beyond normal duties
- Collaborate with team to ensure a welcoming environment and effective workplace
- Follow safety guidelines for physical tasks like stooping, climbing, kneeling, lifting, and moving.
