Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience desirable

- Genuine care and empathy for elderly and disabled individuals
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap to ensure regular replenishment
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to uphold facility standards
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning
- Assist in laundry duties if necessary
