Job Requirements

Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Effective listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving of concerns raised by co-workers and guests
Clear communication skills
Desire to serve all guests
Must be 18 years of age or older
Willingness to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled shift ending time unless directed otherwise
Clock in and out for breaks at designated times
Provide sufficient notice as directed when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
Work well in stressful and high-pressure situations
Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
Clear communication abilities
Strong desire to serve guests and provide excellent hospitality
Must be at least 18 years old
Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Punctuality in clocking in and out for shifts and breaks
Ability to provide sufficient notice when unable to work a scheduled shift

Job Duties

Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
Work together with team members to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
Support and be aware of all hotel events and guest groups
Understand and utilize relevant technology for the role
Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
Keep all workspaces, both front and back of house, clean and well-organized
Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
Greet guests cheerfully while performing cleaning duties
Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
Always wear a clean approved uniform with a nametag and smile
Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication with team members
Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to help beyond traditional duties
Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace
Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, laundry, and public areas as assigned
