Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bags to ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities are available
- Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- Clean assigned guest rooms and restock amenities
- Complete housekeeping checklists accurately
- Mark clean rooms to supervisor for inspection
- Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues
- Secure guest room doors upon exiting
- Maintain neat corridors and service areas
- Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- Use protective equipment properly
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents to management
- Follow fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed
- Perform duties as requested by management
