Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week, for up to 28 weeks
- Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- No alcohol consumption allowed during employment
- Compliance with grooming standards
- Temporary employment for maximum of 28 weeks
- Effective communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
- Willingness to abstain from alcohol consumption while onboard
- Commitment to emergency and safety training
- Adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and address all housekeeping inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linens and supplies
- Carefully clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance requests
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Create genuine relationships with guests and efficiently fulfill housekeeping requests
- Assist with greeting guests during embarkation and support special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
