Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

- Experience as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties
- Ensure all resident homes and community common areas are exceptionally clean
- Maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for residents and guests
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with residents
- Uphold Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Work varying schedules including occasional weekends and holidays
- Communicate patiently and tactfully with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks following set standards
