Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in hospitality, service or related field preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow guidelines accurately
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to provide excellent guest service
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
  • Must clock in and out on time including breaks
  • Provide appropriate notice for shift call-outs
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work well under stress and high-pressure situations

  • Strong desire to serve guests
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a warm welcome
  • Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores through teamwork
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support hotel events and groups actively
  • Demonstrate understanding of relevant role-specific technology
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all workspaces front and back of house clean and well-organized
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public areas as needed
  • Greet guests while cleaning to maintain hospitality standards
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Submit precise and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed per team member handbook
  • Attend morning stand-up meetings and prepare cleaning carts
  • Stock room supplies and tools on assigned work cart
  • Clean and restock guest rooms thoroughly per shift assignment
  • Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as assigned
  • Maintain effective communication with team members
  • Demonstrate willingness to go beyond traditional role to meet business needs
  • Collaborate to create welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
