Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
experience in hospitality cleaning or related fields preferred
must have a good sense of cleanliness
ability to work alone and with a team
good time management skills
valid driver’s license
no supervisory responsibilities
ability to use standard housekeeping equipment
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift laundry bags and trash bags weighing up to 30 pounds
ability to work in physically and mentally stressful environment
normal range of hearing and vision

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Lead by example and promote Seabrook core values characteristics employee constitution and decision making
follow daily cleaning schedule including vacuum sweeping mopping floors dusting polishing furniture and metal surfaces cleaning windows vents mirrors and light fixtures
dust baseboards and rails edge corners and wash windows
clean elevators daily
clean restrooms on golf courses
clean and sanitize walls floors and other required surfaces
routine cleaning of restrooms and common areas
stock all paper products as needed in interior and exterior restrooms
clean stairwells and landings
sweep and maintain all outdoor common areas and empty ash urns and trash cans daily
clean all bathrooms in assigned areas
vacuum dust and remove trash daily from all offices
deep clean all areas
complete other tasks as directed by the Director of Engineering
maintain policy compliance to prevent injuries and damage
promote and adhere to club standards
