Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily work
- Ability to occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays may be required
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service and a service plus one attitude
- Support a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests at all times
