Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must pass criminal background check and health screenings including physical and TB test
- Adherence to health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination and PPE use
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
Job Qualifications
- Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 and communicable disease prevention protocols as required by the company
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
- Adhere to company mission, vision, and values in all duties
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
