Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical activities including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and standing for extended periods
  • ability to move furniture as needed
  • good physical health and stamina
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • willingness to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time schedules

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping duties
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort
  • willingness to learn and participate in career development
  • ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to different shifts

Job Duties

  • clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and standing for extended periods
  • move furniture as required during cleaning
  • follow all health and safety protocols and company policies
  • report maintenance needs or safety hazards to management
  • support a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents
  • participate in ongoing training and career development programs
