Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive attitude and strong dedication to customer service

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a Service +1 service attitude
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
- Help in the laundry and clean public spaces when necessary
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude
