Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of multi-family or hotel housekeeping experience
Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations
Bank account in your name for direct deposit

Minimum 1 year of multi-family or hotel housekeeping experience
Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Effective time management skills
Dependable and self-motivated work ethic
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Good communication skills for coordinating with management

Job Duties

Daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model units, hallways, and other common areas including vacuuming and dusting when necessary
Sparkling light cleaning of units 24 hours prior to new tenant move-in
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards consistently across all assigned areas
Managing time effectively to complete daily and special cleaning tasks
Demonstrating dependability and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Adhering to safety and health regulations during cleaning processes
Coordinating with property management to report any maintenance issues or required repairs
