Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a team environment
Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks
Adherence to company grooming and conduct policies
Willingness to relocate and travel as required
Pass pre-employment background and drug screening

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old
Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
Successful completion of pre-employment drug test
Ability to follow grooming standards including tattoo and piercing limitations
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
Willingness to participate in emergency and safety training

Job Duties

Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
Acknowledge guests by name and address housekeeping service requests efficiently
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Organize inventory and restock linen and supplies
Clean up spills and notify management of maintenance needs
Collect and dispose of trash
Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
Develop genuine guest relationships and assist with housekeeping requests
Greet guests upon embarkation and assist during special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
