Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in hospitality or related consumer-facing field preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and in high-pressure environments
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Desire to provide exceptional guest service
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adherence to punctuality and attendance policies including clocking in/out and break scheduling
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures

  • Ability to clock in/out timely and follow attendance policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and during their stay using their names when possible
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support hotel groups and events awareness
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and safe including front and back of house areas
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and storage areas as needed
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Maintain flawless uniform and grooming standards at all times
  • Complete operational checklists and shift handover reports accurately and timely
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude by going beyond traditional tasks to meet business needs
  • Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
  • Arrive and clock in/out on time, following break and call-out protocols
