Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is beneficial
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact respectfully with residents and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly
Job Duties
- Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces
- Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets
- Clean surfaces throughout the community
- Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
