Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Commitment to providing excellent resident care through cleanliness
Job Duties
- Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces
- Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets
- Clean surfaces throughout the community
- Respond to resident room emergencies
- Log cleaning activities as required
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the community
