Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • experience in hospitality or service preferred
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
  • maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • support events and group activities at the hotel
  • utilize relevant technology for the role
  • answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
  • keep all work areas clean and well-organized
  • participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • greet guests warmly while cleaning
  • complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • prepare shift handover reports timely and accurately
  • wear clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, and maintain professional appearance
  • communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • demonstrate a can-do attitude by meeting business and guest needs beyond traditional role requirements
  • collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
  • complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
  • thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public areas, and guest laundry as assigned
  • uphold hotel cleanliness and organization standards throughout all areas
