Job Requirements
- Ability to work 12-16 hours per week
- Availability for flexible start times including 1st or 2nd shift
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a similar environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, washing windows
- Empties trash, waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- Assists care staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces
- Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents
- Ensures community areas are neat and organized
- Collaborates with team members to support resident care
