- At least one year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses as well as cleaning equipment is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed
- Follow the community cleaning schedule and protocol adhering to community guidelines and established safety precautions
- Build positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions
- Respect residents' privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or changes in residents' needs to the supervisor
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions
- Follow infection control and sanitation protocols including proper handling and disposal of waste
