Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screen
Provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Practice good personal hygiene
Be neatly groomed
Be in uniform
Able to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously
Able to push and pull carts or equipment over 100 lb on tile and carpeted floors
Handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
Operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
Practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
Preferred housekeeping experience in cleaning, environmental services, custodial, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, or healthcare

Job Duties

Clean assigned areas of the hospital including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
