Job Requirements

- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- experience in housekeeping preferred
- ability to maintain patience and tactful composure when engaging with residents, family, staff, and visitors

Job Duties
- clean and maintain residents' homes and community common areas to a high standard
- ensure all spaces are healthy, safe, and pleasant for residents and guests
- build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with residents
- adhere to schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
- demonstrate Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion in daily tasks
- communicate effectively and maintain tactful composure with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
