Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and procedures
- dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris
- make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities as needed
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
- clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
- restock supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products, in guest rooms and common areas
- report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or manager
- follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness
- provide excellent customer service to guests or residents, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or requests in a professional and courteous manner
