Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Two years of high school education
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Strong team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to set standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Help with laundry and cleaning public areas as needed
- Provide friendly and courteous service responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- Work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays, as required
